Very Cute

This little girl’s mother is a computer specialist from Helsinki, Finland. While her daughter is soundly asleep, she creates a completely different world … from whatever she can find around her! What a lot of fun.

My gtf friend has a Fin daughter-in-law. Says she is cheerless, that she's retraining her, and that morose is part of the national character of most Fins. This one must have slipped through the cracks. These are charming photos. I must confess she has more energy than I do.

Those are precious. Surely she dresses her before she goes to sleep. She would awaken her if she tried to put some of those things on her while she was awake.

I picture the day when she first got the idea, watching the baby sleep, something to pass the time. I decided the woman must have help around the house because most new mothers wouldn't have so much spare time, they'd be napping or taking a bath while the baby was zonked out.

You know how dogs can sleep so much of the time, but if you started setting something like this up around them, they'd wake up right away and get all excited thinking it was play time.

I love them all and especially the top one.

It'd be so much fun to put one of those scenes together, going around the house looking for the something blue for the ocean, or the green fringe for the grass. But even though I think it's wonderful and would be a lot of fun, I still don't have it in me to come up with my own inventiveness. It's just not there!

I would like to meet the mother. What an artistic sense she's got, seems wasted on being a computer specialist.
