The door handles and gas cap have dollar sign designs.
This car is a Maybach, a high-end division of Mercedes. I saw one in Las Vegas, had no idea what it was. The 2011 models range from $372,500 - $463,000. The top car gets 10 mpg city/16 mpg highway.

Here's a good description of it from Upscale Hype website:
"Mercedes, the company that owns Maybach is introducing the 2009 62S Landaulet an open top version of its Maybach 62S. But unless you wipe your ass with $200,000 checks the only interaction you’ll have with this car is looking and reading about it online, like you’re doing now. The entire roof comes off electro-hydraulically with the driver and passenger doors intact leaving you with a view that only the ridiculously rich get to enjoy. However if it rains, the wind and weather proof soft black top covers you in about 16 seconds with one click from the drivers hand. This beast amongst cars contains a uprated 604 horsepower V12 engine that gives a maximum output of 612 hp and 738 pound-feet of torque due to the twin turbochargers and water inter-cooling systems. As soon as you finish reading this, FORGET you ever read this, erase this memory out of your mind forever because this car is so expensive that even thinking about it will make you lose money. So if you’re a regular person and receive a regular salary, do yourself this favor because unless you hit the lottery or some rich old lady puts you in her will, sorry to say this but you’re NEVER GONNA GET THIS CAR. Price Tag: $1,350,000."
