I am not sure how this is working. I do roughly 30 - 40 minutes of cardio exercise everyday. I am doing no weight training as of yet. My diet is almost carbohydrate free. I would guess roughly 10 grams per day. I eat a great deal of grilled chicken, grilled fish and some red meat. I even cheat just a little with chicken wings (nude, no breading). I continue to lose weight. I drink two Monster lo-carb energy drinks each day, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. I am not hungry. When I do get hungry, I eat.
I began this diet/exercise plan/life change on March 24. Since then, I have not had a drink. And not cheated. When I weighed this morning, the scale informed me that I have lost 47 lbs in 31 days. How incredible is that? That is roughly 1.5 lbs. per day!
I have dropped 3 sizes in my jeans. I am wearing shirts I haven't worn in years. I am actually having to buy new clothes since all of my skinny/fat clothes are now getting too big. My watch is loose and my belts do not have enough holes. Maybe I should become a spokesperson for LA Fitness!
