I have returned for this one final time clear up some from allegations from someone who considers himself all-knowning and omniscient (I know, redundant) about everything that happens in the universe, eventhough he has no fucking clue as to to what happens in other peoples lives and the intricacies of certain issues.

1. Yes, I am a convicted sex-offender and it occurred exactly the way I described it in my last blog, roughly 7 months ago. I do not care what anyone thinks about the chain of events of the description of what occurred. If you do not believe me, contact peanutsmom since she is my ex-wife and lived all of it. Her parents also went to the Harris County Districty Atttorney's office and reviewed the case files.

2. If you read the post again, you will see that it was not a "random" seizure. I was the lead designer for Sunbelt Fire Protection here in Houston. The service manager came into my office and I told him that I had seen the child-porn pictures on the internet. There was corporate jealousy because I was being groomed to take over the Houston office because the owner of the company wanted to retire. Glenn called the owner and told him I was surfing child porn sites on the internet. The owner, a very conservative evangelical immediately called the police and they came in on a Sunday and searched my computer. Like I stated, they found two pictures in the cache memory where I had seen them on the internet.

3. I was already on probation for a variety of things from my misspent youth. The case for the DA was a slam dunk. I was not allowed to defend myself without accepting a 10 year sentence on the probation revocation. The 5 year deal was the best way out for me. I was arrested on February 14, 2000. I was released from prison on April 29, 2002. I completed parole on February 12, 2005. I am now a completely free man except for the annual registration I have to do with the city of Houston.

4. I passed 3 polygraph examinations while on parole, the first had questions regarding the nature of my crime. When I was 1st released, the Sex Crime detective for the city of Pasadena, Texas could not believe my case had even been prosecuted. My sex offender group counselor could not believe the case was even prosecuted. I was quickly assigned to a minimal risk group and only had to attend one class a month. Normally, offenders just released were required to attend weekly classes.

I am a lot of things. I drink way too much. I work way too hard. I tend to let my personal relationships fall away because of my work. I am demanding, temperamental and somewhat obsessive. I loved to fight in my youth. I survived prison as a sex offender. I hold a grudge and don't get even. I go on vendettas, just ask the ex-employer who I am still trying to put out of business.

5. I don't know if I mentioned this, but when I was released from prison I was rehired by the same man who pressed the charges. The jealous service manager had been long since fired. In 2003 I bought the company from him.

If you are going to pass judgment on me, please feel free. Most people do. Unless they know me.

I am still friends with many of you on here. I pop in anonymously from time to time and read some of your blogs. Occasionally I have logged in to clear messages and you could see that I may have read one of your posts.

I have been blogging here and on Blogster since early 2005. I have seen all of the drama, attacks, arguments, spilts, people leaving and people coming back. I tired of the drama and the people who like to stir shit up because their own lives are so inconsequential they feel the need to pull focus. Those of you who are my friends, you still know how to contact me.

So much has happened since I left this site. I could write pages and pages of blogs, some funny, some sad, some heartbreaking, some depressing and many uplifting. Most of my friends from here know all of it, or most of it.

I am hiding nothing. I am not being forced to do anything nor was I prevented from doing anything.
