I felt a surge of energy and focus the same day. It also helps contain your appetite and one is less inclined to overeat.

I want Ed to take it but he is very cautious because he is on so many medications following his stent surgery. So I left a message for the physician’s assistant at his cardiologist’s office to see if they think there is any reason for him not to take it.

Each bottle contains 60 capsules. The recommended dose is two capsules a day and that lasts a month.
