CRISPY CHICKEN
2 CUPS Water
1 Tbl salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
3 Pounds chicken tenders
Mix the top three ingredients well and then add chicken, coat all sides and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
2 Eggs
1 ½ cup milk
Whisk together milk and eggs, set aside.
2 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Stir together the flour salt pepper and Italian seasoning.
Drain chicken and toss marinade out, dip chicken in egg mixture then dredge in the flour coating each piece.
1 is crispy, 2 is not crispy.
1) Deep fry until golden brown and no longer pink.
2) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, sprinkle bottom of pan with oil before baking.

I'm deep frying it for lunch today so I'll let ya know.
