It's been non-stop once I set foot back on Indiana soil.
The weather has been great (yeah!), so I've hit the little white ball several times--enough to cause my hand to bruise. I went 127 days without touching a golf club, so I was eager. And, I'm back to jogging.
Then, there's the house and yard, esp. the latter, including garden. Pick up sticks, prune trees, rake litter, spread cow manure, dig up rest of carrots and parsnips (eaten badly by worms and varmints--and freezes), clean out possum and squirrel nests in wood shed, etc. I actually planted some spinach and lettuce seeds. And I've only just begun.
Today is "go to town" day: see Dad, grocery shop, post office (to update my passport which expires in April), health store, library, and who knows what else (haircut?). Gotta be back in time for Purdue basketball (although I didn't attend) and all the other games. Go Butler!
The bottom will soon drop out on our good weather, so I'm making hay while I can. Gotta run (both literally and figuratively).
