I think it's great that you are researching it. I had no idea that joining Curves would give me the weight bearing workout that I would need to tone my skin during weightloss while building bone density. Keep looking into it. And I agree if it's something you have to roll out you may find excuses not to use it... but then again you seem very determined. Which is a strength in and of itself.
