I have recently given up the office environment to which I'd grown accustomed and traded it for full time work with my passion in life - pets. I spend my days working hard playing with and walking dogs, cooing to cats, and fawning over ferrets. I'm a full time assistant at a local pet boarding facility and doggie daycare. I've traded in my pantyhose and makeup for capri pants and sneakers. I'm more relaxed. This change is actually what got me started on this journey of weightloss. With so much more activity in my life, I knew that if I just started to eat healthfully, the weight would drop. Today, if my bathroom scale does not fail me, I am 8 pounds lighter than I was three weeks ago when I started Weight Watchers. Although tomorrow is my official weigh in day, I am confident things will be great when I step on the scale at my local center. I'll be checking in, of course, with an update tomorrow. In the meantime, look at some of the beautiful faces I get to interact with at my job.
