She's down! Yes, folks, I have lost 7.4 pounds in 3 weeks! My defeatist feelings of yesterweek are over. I've found new motivation. I'm in this for the long haul! My new goal for this week is to get my measurements so that I can track my body changes, rather than only depending on the scale numbers for pats on the back.
