Update: Need to Get Back on Track - Mini Goal

OK, so I'm not really gaining, but I'm not losing. The scale states I'm at 234.6 pounds this morning. STILL just about 30 pounds lost. I'm going to the store for healthful food. I'm getting back to drinking water and losing the sweet tea habit. I'm going to move more - exercise on my days off. It's time to stop sitting here stagnant and watching the scale stay stuck. I know what to do, and I know how to do it. Today is the day of action. I'm going to start posting at least weekly again to keep myself motivated.

First mini goal: 10# gone in 5 weeks from today. July 13th is the day, and I'll be at 224.6 or lower.

How do you get yourself motivated? What keeps you going when you get happier with your body and lose focus?
