I know I am late with this, but it was incredibly disappointing to see the number Friday.
I lost .4 lbs - yes, POINT FOUR!!!! UGH!
I have been plugging along and working hard, exercising, and eating within my points range.
I have come to grips with this number now, and I am going to be happy for ANY loss from here on out. Anything that is not a gain will be good. :)
