Crossing fingers that you don't have to add more things to your list. So many things to think about when it comes to vitamins. I have to avoid iron for four hours after I take my thyroid hormone supplement. Otherwise the iron will block the absorption of my very necessary supplement. I missed one last Tuesday and I had mood swings for two days. Ack! Good Luck with your tests and your Osteo research.
congrats on the new gig!
My mini goals are to * maintain my weight (It took me a year to lose 55 pounds, gotta keep it off) * continue training for my upcoming half marathon * re-learn to ride a bike so I can commute to work
Congrats on setting goals! As long as you are making progress towards those goals, don't beat yourself up if you don't reach them on schedule. What matters is that you are reaching them! Keep with it, Girl!
Thom has me buying more organic foods. I have to agree that I feel better when I eat organic eggs... not just for my health but for the chicken's health.
Breathe, Kristy. I totally know what you are talking about. Just remember that this is just a temp job, keep searching for that better job and remember that you have a great bf and a great dog. Hope that helps!
Chin up! You are intelligent, caring and a good father. Nothing defective about that. And doing something about the bone loss instead of giving up is proof that you aren't defective. We all have obstacles in our lives... this is yours and I know you will figure out how to overcome it. You are Strong in so many ways and that will carry you through.
I love just hanging out with my mom, too! I'm always trying to get her to fly out to visit by herself. So jealous of your new bed. Awesome, girl! And re: cheap comforter - have you tried Ikea?
Awesome! I feel your Columbus Day pains!
I understand. I'm hoping that you can take your experiences and lessons learned to build a better relationship with Kitty. Maybe you cannot salvage the relationship with your parents but you can make a long lasting one with your daughter.
I hope the society can help you learn more ways to rebuild your BMD.
I guess moving 2,000 miles away from my father made him realize that I can remove him from my life if I chose to do so. Plus my brother verbally b'slapped him telling him that he was being a fool and driving me away emotionally and physically. We both chose to move on from our past and build a new relationship. I think it's helped me in many aspects of my life.
But some things are easier to forgive than others.
Make sure that Kitty takes as much calcium as she can. We store Calcium till we are about 30 ... I of course learning this fact when I was 31. LOL
There's always hope. FYI my father and I had a falling out while I was in college but rebuilt our relationship as adults when I was 24. Mostly because I realized that I had to forgive him all the mistakes that were made and that he will always be my father so I worked hard to make us better friends. We talk every weekend for an hour or two
Good Luck with your tests and your Osteo research.
