Here are a few of my mini goals, so that the 120 lbs. I have to lose doesn't get me down:
* by November 15th, I'd like to be under 250
* by the time I go to the Cowboys game on December 14th, I want to be down under 240
* by the time my 36th birthday hits on May 8, 2009, I want to be down under 200
There. They're on paper and for the world to see. I'll update as I reach them. What are your mini goals? Do you ever have trouble climbing that mountain? Take it one step at a time.
