Perhaps there's too much clutter in my home because I keep forgetting things. And yet, each time I remember it brings a smile to my face. So maybe it's a good thing that I keep forgetting.
Tonight I'm helping "Hans" aka Paul celebrate his 30th birthday along with many of his friends at a patio bar near the beach. Thom may or may not go with me as he twisted his foot and its been swelling up. His job requires him to stand most of the day so he might not want to go out tonight after work. I told him that I understood.
Plus if he doesn't go, it will give me an opportunity to shop at a sporting goods store near the bar after work. LOL! I'm really wanting some shooter sleeves to wear on race day and I have a gift card. The shooter sleeves would be easier to pull off than a whole shirt when I warm up after mile 2 or 3.
Tomorrow is my 12 mile run with my running buddy Jackie. We're counting down to Surf City which is only 15 days away now. When we cross the finish line we're each getting a medal shaped like a surf board. LOL
Sunday will be a recovery day with Thom. And Monday? Well, maybe I should take a stab at clearing the clutter from my one-bedroom apartment. Or at least go through my wardrobe again to re-organize.
