Hm... I knew the day would come sooner or later. I'm not surprised. It makes me wonder how long it will be before libraries become more like museums that a place to borrow books.

Glad you had a great time! I think family and friends are what make a vacation fantastic, no matter where you go. I've never been to Vegas for all the same reasons you mentioned above. I don't enjoy "gaming", I won't spend $200+ to see a show, and drinking and smoking everywhere (which seems to be the biggest draw to all my friends who go there) just isn't an attraction to me... I can see myself just getting annoyed with no escape from the constant smoke and obnoxious drunks. Although I admit it definitely seems like an interesting experience, and I know I probably would have a blast if I ever went.... but for now, it's just not within my top ten places I'd like to see.

Sounds like a cozy place. It's interesting how each room reflects a different side of who you are. Your computer room sounds especially nice. Although I've always had an affinity for collecting rocks and similar things. (Which I display in our spare bedroom.)

Aww, look at you guys, all cute and snuggly. What is it about you kitties and your love for boxes? My kitties don't hesitate to jump in... Maybe they want me to wrap them up and send them off to Greyhound with the rest of my Christmas presents.
