It looks different here! The boys and I have been busy all day returning the Christmas decorations back to their original packaging to spend the rest of the year gathering dust in the Attic until next time! The living room has had a good dust and clean, polished and wiped; Moved around and hoovered! It's all sparklingly fresh and looking lovely again. I'm happy yet ....the only downside to the whole season this year was - 'No-one' actually took any photo's! I'm astonished - I really am!!! My only excuse was we had no time for all the partying! Regardless, we have fabulous memories especially the return of our dog Buddie; so many people have agreed that getting him back was a 1 in a 1,000,000 for this area!
I'm looking forward to the Spring and Sumertime this year, I think it makes sence to look forward to those hot hazy BBQ days after having a hectic Winter season. One things for sure, we've halved our work load here, made some much needed changes last week that should theoretically benefit both me and DH in the long run. It's funny, we're in charge of our own futures and yet I still feel anxious about this year; I hope he sticks to his promises ;).
Well in the meantime, I will always say, 'If there's left overs - It's still Christmas', so on that note I'm going to finish off the few bottles of Bud that I have left, the Black Forrest Gateau and a couple of Mince Pies. Cheers, Have a great year aswell folks xxx
