Well I was right about the tailgating thing at the UT game. We ended up at a bar and drank beer and watched the game on the big screen TVs that were there.
We drove, or I should say, I rode two and a half hours in the very back of a SUV to go do something I could've done twenty minutes from home. Or for that matter, I could've just stayed home and then I wouldn’t have to worry about getting home, or if so-and-so is sober enough to drive us back!
About the only thing that did go good was we got to eat the “world’s best hot wings”. Well it's my opinion that counts here, isn't it? Buffalo Wild Wings has the best sauces on the planet for hot wings. We usually order their sauces online and make the wings at home. Yummy! We stuffed ourselves on hot wings during the halftime.
Dieting…
As of yesterday, the diet has gone into overdrive. After four weeks of "being careful" with what I eat, not only have I NOT lost any weight, but I actually gained a bit.
So I went out and bought a bunch of Weight Watchers food for my lunches here at work and suppers at home. I'm counting points too and all that stuff. To tell the truth, I'm just a bit upset with myself. Yeah, just a bit.
So, no more Mountain Dew at work. Water or coffee only. If I have to have a soda it will be diet Dr. Pepper (the only diet drink that doesn't give me heart burn). I'm even counting out peanuts so I'm sure I'm only eating one serving for a snack. I'm bringing in fruit to eat during breaks so I won't be eating chips or candy bars.
Something Different
I'm starting to look at tattoo designs for the near future. It's been 5-6 years since my last ink and I really want one. I'm not positive just where I want it though. I think I want it on my forearm but I'm not sure if I want it visible all the time.
I think I want something a bit elaborate, most of my current ink is black and grey and I want some flashy colors. My idea is an orange koi and a red Japanese dragon shaped in a yin-yang symbol with lots of background colors on each side to highlight the nature of each side. Plus I want it kinda big too so I’m not sure if my forearm is big enough for what I want.
Onward!
I’m Alive… So Far…
And to comment on your last post about the crowd and the tailgating thing, I am not claustorphobic, but I don't like crowds. I think that's because people seem to be getting stupider and stupider.
