Love this one, JD, with its wild growing trunks. I can feel and hear the winds off the Pacific, just like that long ago time when I sat in the sea spray on the coast of Monterey, making memories to last a lifetime.

Already let you know that I love this- especially the pink in the receding pathway. Who would have thunk? Pink? But it is oh, so beautiful.

I like the almost fractalesque rhythm to the trees, and the contrast to the rounded shapes of the stones and the straight horizon line, and of course I love the colors. Move over Winslow Homer!
