Hey, this is great advice. As an independent broker myself, I know there are some awesome Medicare Advantage plans in my state and sometimes consumers aren't aware which companies are knocking it out of the part and which ones are "phoning it in".

Beautiful!!! Turns out my message was left with an elderly gentleman who thought I was trying to gain control of his computer. He would not let me end the conversation when he called me back and grilled me about what I wanted. I tried to explain several times that I had dialed a wrong number, but he would have none of it!!

Some people just don't know how to be neighbors. It's one of those relationships that can be really good or really bad. Sounds like yours are very modern and selfish on both sides. It makes you miss that generation that saw being neighborly as a badge of honor.
