Imus and the Supreme Court: Oooooo ... Part 3

Good Evening, Blog pals:
A coupla things on the news have crossed my bow and have ticked me off royal.
First of all, they're after my pal Don Imus again.  When discussing the latest criminal escapades of pro football buttwipe Adam "Pacman" Jones, Imus inquired as to his color. When informed that Jones was African-American Imus commented "well, there you go....now we know."  Fat, processed buffoon Rev. Al Sharpton states he's "looking into it" to determine if the comment is racist.   This just goes beyond the pail, ladies and germs.  The comment was ambiguous at best and Imus has clarified his meaning, stating he was decrying with sarcasm that the young man had been arrested so many times ostensibly for being black.  This whole dust-up is censorship at it rankest.  And why are they picking on the I-Man?  That racist moron Bill O'Reilly and that fat dumbass Rush Limbagh spew much worse daily and they remain on the air.   Where is the justice, I ask you?   If I were Imus, I'd tell the whole kit and kabootle to kiss my wrinkled old ass and retire to the ranch.   It's more than moronic, it's sub-moronic.

The other thing that has me madder than a whore who didn't get paid is the Supreme Court today ruled as unconstitutional a Louisianna state law allowing for the execution of child molesters.  Have these nine old bastards no heart at all?  Well, 5 old bastards....4 disented(Roberts, Scalia, Alito and Thomas..the ones I usually disagree with).  These is exactly the types of criminals who should be put to death.  They are the worst kind of  perverted, diseased, sub-human filth and should be put to death in the most painful way possible.  God forbid one of the august justices children or grandchildren should be victimised by one of these creeps.  These monsters can't be rehabilitated and I, for one, do not want my tax dollars going to support them in some prison Shang-ri-la for 50 years.  This is one of  the grossest miscarriages of justice  I can imagine.

Well, thanks for letting me rant.  Just had to get all that off my substantial chest.  Have a good rest of the week, everyone.

Just so you know, I don't think they're putting you on the official ballot, but right after Ralph Nader, I'm writing you in.

I love Imus. I wanted to go to to a Rutgers women's basketball game with a sign that said, "I love Don Imus," but my wife talked me out of it.
Racist, huh? Does anybody remember a few years ago when Jesse Ackson was running for president and he called New York City "Hymie-Town"? Was good old Al Sharpton up in arms about that? I don't think so.

I too deplore the Supreme Court Ruling. It made a lot of us furious.

Someone I know was raped as a very small child. it would have been the same if she had been murdered. She's 38 now and functions like an emotional six year old. Can't hold a job, doesn't have many friends, never been in an intimate relationship. Lives with her Mom, always has. She got a life sentence and she was the victim! Her rapist was never prosecuted.
Someday he will find justice. This I believe.

Regarding the Supreme Court ruling: With the death penalty in place, the child rapist could then just as easily murder his victim, to ensure not having a witness, and probably cop to a lesser plea of manslaughter.

Imus keeps getting it because:
1. he's not an avowed born-again whatever like the Shrub and his cronies and
2. his audience isn't exclusively W.A.S.P. so he gets caught
How many people of color do you suppose listen to Rush? I sure hope things change in the fall, one way or another. Either of them would be better than what we have now.
