Well, how long has it been, mybloggerstown denizens?  About two years by my recollection.  And, oddly enough, not much has changed.  I'm still here in beautiful downtown Cowsnot,Wyoming high atop the Shady Pines Senior Complex on panoramic Chief Thunderjug Blvd.
Fam damily is the same.....kids growing by leaps and bounds.  Niece Jethrene has remarried.  She imported a boy from our hometown of Devil's Asshole West By God.  Like we don't have enough brain dead rednecks out here already.  Still, he seems a decent enough kid and is good to Jethrene's children Daisy May (10), and Jethro (9), and they really seem to like him a lot.  Other niece Lulubelle, hubby Buster and their rugrats Damien (12) and Wednesday (11) have a bid in on a house of their own and may soon be moving from beneath the roof of my brother Bubba and his wife Suffering.Â
Â
   And so it goes.Â
As for yers truly, I'm still fat, still cranky, still being driven bananas by all and sundry.  I am beginning to get the feeling this will never change.
I am writing this missive on a Kindle Fire tablet.  I bought it as a Christmas present for myself last year.  It's fabulous.  And has really been a life saver since my laptop died not long ago.  So, l guess you know what my gift to myself will be THIS year.  Â
The days grow short as the holiday season nears.  It is a bit unsettling to look at the clock and see "6:00" and not know if it's a.m. or p.m. It's bitter cold here in the Big Empty and the wind blows worse than the cafeteria food at the senior center.  Fortunately, my tawdry, little abode is quite cozy and as long as I stay in while the wind is growling about.
So, gentle readers and old friends, hopefully I can keep this up.  I do miss all of you so.  More later, I hope.
