I feel like I am coming out of the darkness into the light. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
My computer locked up. Yep locked up tighter than a ex-wife’s heart. I have no idea why. I am sure it was somehow my fault.
I had no choice but to format and reload. And reload and reload. I can’t believe all the stuff I have on my computer. Some stuff I have on disk, some stuff I had to remember what web site I got it from. But I am now in working order.
There is still more to do but I thought I would stop by here and see what is going on.
I still have to load Microsoft Office and that is going to take awhile, what with all the updates.

It has happened to the "Best" of us. I lost my whole genealogy file once - and I have been working on it for about 15 years. Thank goodness, I had sent a copy to the Mormon library and had only to buy a disk from them.

It's a real pain, but I've had to do it, too. It DOES seem to run smoother afterwards, though. Good luck.
