If I Won
If I Won
Well my record is still perfect. Every Saturday morning during my travels to the store and such I buy a couple of lottery tickets. Usually I will buy a scratch off and a couple of pick 3s. I never win but I guess hope springs eternal.
I very seldom buy the Power Ball or the Mega Millions. But today I bought one of each. Both are up there in money. One is over 100 million and the other is at 12 million. It got me thinking.
It got me thinking-what would I do if I won?
Lets say I won the small one. Now 12 million in my life is still real money. Even if our President decided that after taxes he would let me have half.
6 million-what would I do?
The problem I guess is that I don’t have any real grandiose dreams.
Don’t need a villa in the south of France-don’t even really like French food.
Don’t want a $100,000 sports car with a name that I can’t even spell. I might splurge and buy a Roush Mustang, probably just buy a new pick up.
In my head I figured out what I would spend off the bat and it came out to less than one of those millions.
Charities - ya I would give some to them. But I don’t know how many of them I really trust.
Women--at this time in my life I want comfort not speed and Paula Dean is already married.
I guess I am better of broke.
