Surprise! Surprise! The first picture is only ONE of close to 500 I have of the pizza I order at Big Louie's when we go there--a medium with pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, sausage and meatball. Okay, enough pictures of food and restaurants that I have been going to because I enjoy them, they are reliable plus the food and service are good. From full service places like Cafe Vico, The Quarterdeck, Big Louie's to fast service places like Subways and Arby's not to forget the Mexican places Tequila Sunrise and Jalisco or even the old reliable IHOP!

Oh every once in awhile there is a new restaurant and I'll snap and post a picture but just for the record no more restaurant food pictures unless they are sensational! (The food and/or the restaurant!)

The last 3 meals I had in 2022 were the pizza in Big Louie's then the strawberry crepes in IHOP with the last being at the Capitol Grille my first time there and because Emir, in from New York to spend Christmas with his mother, wanted to go to a steak house I suggested it.

The best part of the last meal, besides his company, was when Emir left me off at Gateway and handed me a Christmas gift which I sort of had suspicions of what it might be and I was right! They are some of the most delicious chocolate covered biscuits and they were gone very quickly!

The first 'different' meal I had in the new year--after having one of the regular meals at Jalisco--was a Chinese dinner at Christina Wan's, a restaurant I hadn't been to in years but you won't see any pictures here!

All that's left to tie up 2022 are some streaming reviews and then I can get on to being the 2023 Martin--whatever that will be!
PS I LOVE THAT BIG LOUIE'S SIGN--EVEN IF I WASN'T WORKING THERE ANYMORE!
