I
know you don't want to hear this but we are having another cold spell
in South Florida! I wish you people in the north would keep your winter
up there where it belongs! We will be down in the 40s for the next
couple of nights and it looks like highs only in the 60s during the
day. No, I'm not looking for sympathy or empathy as I know I won't get
it. Actually I have to blame myself as since I bought those sandals it
has been cold enough that I haven't been able to wear my flip-flops.

A few things on my mind that I just want to throw out there for anyone who may know the answers.

Why don't people fill out who they are, what they like or dislike, what gender they are, etc.,  on blog sites?

Why
don't people have their real picture in the spot provided? Are they
that ugly? Are they 'afraid' people might know them? So what? If people
are that close then they know a writing style, a certain use of words,
etc. I know two people who have good reasons for not showing their
faces but what is yours?

Why would someone comment on a blogger's page when they know the latter doesn't care and/or have respect for the
former? Why do some people like to stir up trouble, start arguments,
assume things instead of asking first or for the facts before attacking?

Now this is one I should know the answer to but...why do people (me) feel that if you comment on my blog I have to let you know I read it by making a comment to your comment? I
read all my comments and you know I do so why do I answer you with a
comment? Hey, come on, I know at least 6 people (plus me) do that!!  LOL

Back to the cold--at least I am getting a chance to wear my
sandals, my chocolate sweat shirt and my black jacket--for the
observant--no, I am not smoking again--this was taken 2 years ago (and
I am still looking good!!) WHEN IT WAS ALSO COLD!!! The birds are squawking for me to put the heat on! LOL

Talking
about smoking--as most of you know I gave up smoking July 21, 2008, and
folks, my taste buds aren't any better, neither is my breathing--where are all these benefits smokers are told about when giving up smoking???
