poinsettias and they get so upset when I spend money on myself and not
them!!!

Which would you have chosen? "Beauty and the Beast" is opening in Miami on December 28 and "Rock of Ages" is opening in Fort Lauderdale the same night--yeah, yeah, I know--you should have such problems--and
they both are free. I've seen B & B so I picked Rock--I have already
been warned to bring ear plugs!

IF THE SHOE FITS WEAR IT, IF NOT CHANGE OR IGNORE  IT

Last
year I wrote a series of blogs about a "Jew looks at Christmas" which I
modestly think was very good so, since nothing has changed since last
year, I am going to repeat them.

I
post at 4 blog sites and  how different the sites are are really
surprising. I did an experiment last week and the results surprised me.
Of course I 'hunt and peck' on the keyboard so I took that into
consideration though I no longer have dial up. I came to the conclusions
that some people have no life, no, or very few, friends and depend on
the Internet to supply all that, which is very sad. They spend most of
their day making comments, many one word comments that are really stupid
or reading posts hoping that blogger will like them. There are a lot of
lonely, sad people who blog, many who have partners which makes it even
sadder.

For those at other blogging sites Blogster has a star rating system,
which really doesn't mean anything, but can you believe some people are
so petty, so revengeful, they would give 1 star to a post about World
AIDS Day?

While I am
talking about blogging there are 2 sites that allow people to block ALL
people from reading their blogs. I really don't understand that--why
blog if you don't want to learn? Hear different ideas? Someone, a male,
posted a blog maligning lesbians, telling lies about them, but wouldn't
allow anyone to respond. I really don't understand that. What do they
have in mind?

Amazing how jealous
people can be of others--they even blog about it! Sort of like people
on public assistance throwing bricks at others who are--if they are so
against 'social programs' why accept the 'handouts'?

I
really got a good laugh the other day. A blogger, I can only assume,
was doing a school paper or some such thing, writing about different
aspects of homosexuality in a 'scholory' way which had a few mistakes
but I cracked up when he said there are 76, or was it 26?, million gays
in teh USA!!! I wish--either
figure! Aside from the fact that there is no way to 'count' homosexuals
as so many are in the closet, live a double life, both are big
numbers--too big! I did a google on the figure and the most they came up with was 6 million openly gay males and females.

This is running a little too long so I'll save the rest for another post but I have to end with this--many people take statins to reduce their cholesterol but there has been a new study that shows
people who take them lose memory SO you have a choice: take them and
lose your memory or don't take them and get clogged arteries--your
choice. Oops! I already forgot what I posted here!
