(ALL ON NETFLIX)


1) "The Next 3 Days"--film--2 hours & 13 minutes--a man's wife is tried and convicted for murder and he knows she is innocent and becomes obsessed with breaking her out of prison--I am a huge Russell Crowe fan and he does an excellent job here--surprisingly, another favorite actor of mine, Liam Neeson does a cameo that is perfect--A GOOD THRILLER!


2) "Malcolm & Marie"--film--1 hour & 35 minutes--husband and wife coming home after debut of film he has written and directed--John David Washington excellent and Zendaya, who I am not familiar with, didn't impress me in a role that is very whiny--a lot of noise that DOESN'T ADD UP TO ANYTHING!


3) "Firefly Lane"--series--season 1--10 episodes--8 hours & 18 minutes--a look at a friendship between 2 completely different girls/women over 30 plus years--we meet young Tully (Ali Skorbye) and young Kate (Roan Curtis) and older Tully (Katherine Heigl) and Kate (Sarah Chalke) going back and forth with their good and bad experiences--a lot of melodrama--full disclosure--I have never liked Heigl and don't understand how she keeps on getting jobs--that plus her character here is so off-putting that if there is a second season I WON'T WATCH IT!
