Okay so it rained a bit--well a lot--but here I am at 4 PM on Monday looking out at a blue sunny sky and I just returned from about a 5-mile round trip to get X-Rays taken and the only flooding I saw was at the entrance and exit to the Gateway apartments--and that happens without named storms!! Seriously, except for a few 'over-watered' lawns, you would never know that we got flood warnings as late as this morning!
Once again we dodged a bullet--the water that was going to be a waterfall down the steps of our apartment building stopped just at the edge of the top stop and never went further!
But then the media saw it a different way:
