Natural Cures by Kevin Trudeau

Deb (teacherwoman) sent me this book (along with a bunch of goodies--but that's another story--they are long gone LOL)
with the complete title of "Natural Cures 'they' don't want you to know
about includes the natural cures for more than 50 specific diseases."

I never heard of this man or his work before and found the book, and him, very interesting.
Two quotes from the book:
"The
most toxic thing you can put in your body, and the number one cause of
virtually all illness and disease, is prescription and nonprescription
drugs!"

"In my opinion, probably the number one reason people are sick is because of the amount of drugs they take."
He
spends a lot of time backing up why he believes the above, talking
about the primary reason drugs don't work is because the companies, all
companies, have to make, and keep making, money.

He
is strictly into organic foods, juice machines, sunlight, coral
calcium, all natural vitamin E, no tap water or any water withfluoride, taking digestive enzymes, organic sea salt, etc.

He
does get a little bit too much about what is to him a conspiracy by the
U. S.  government to silence him and he does 'sell' his website www.naturalcures.com
but aside from these two irritants it is an interesting book, offering
sense and sensibility regarding why there are so many sick people and
alternative ways oftreating illness.

He does offer natural cures for specific diseases and how 80% of diagnoses made have been proven wrong.
I
did find the book and his theories worth pursuing but I don't know how
much of that has to do with how I have been feeling--right now I want
to do what he says: "Throw out all your prescription and
nonprescription drugs!", but I don't think that would be smart to do at
this time.

I do find all of this worth reading and researching but I don't think I am ready for this right now.

He is written another book along these lines called More Natural Cures. It was tremendously popular for a while. I think he was on Oprah. While I believe in homeopathic cures, I am not sure I would go all the way to his point of view. I think I like Benjamin Franklin's everything in moderation line better.
