I am and have been a movie lover and moviegoer for as long as I can remember and of a few of the things I miss during this 'isolation' is actually going to see a movie in a movie theatre on a HUGE screen (sorry I don't care how big your TV screen it is not a competition to a movie screen!) For years I have put people down for watching a movie on a TV or a computer/laptop screen or, worse of all, on a telephone before seeing it in a movie theatre!!
Well over the past few weeks I have joined the crowd I was a snob about! Yes, I am watching movies on TV that I would have seen in the movie house first but after reading this article I don't feel alone! Is this going to be the new 'normal'? No Bond on the big screen now reduced to an action figure? ARGH!!! Okay, seeing it on TV AFTER seeing it on a movie screen is okay but I don't want to see James Bond on a DVD at home!
