First unless you know where you are going the restaurant is pretty hard to find then when you get there the parking is a nightmare! All their neighbors have "No Parking You will be towed" sort of signs except for one spot that holds about 6 cars for 3 restaurants! Oh, and by the way, most of the neighbors parking spots are empty on a Friday afternoon.
Oh yes, trying to find the physical restaurant itself isn't that easy but once you get there it is like sitting in a restaurant in Mexico.
I had a groupon which was the reason we went there but it doesn't guarantee a good meal.
I suppose I may be spoiled but most Mexican restaurants I go to offer chips and salsa to nibble on while looking over the menu or while waiting for your food but not here. Okay, it is no law they have to serve free chips and salsa.
I was impressed by the water service, a carafe of cold water with fresh leaf flavoring, and the waiter, though busy, came over immediately and said he would be right with us and not much later he was.
I have never had fajitas served as they were here--see the picture--and that might be the reason the meat and vegetables were not hot, barely warm. I was served coffee, by the way it was strong, in a metal cup that burned lips!
The only reason I am giving this review 1 star is because of Walter, the server, as he was attentive and did the major things any good server would do with a smile and I did get a good laugh out of the slate of reasons to drink Margaritas.
A few months ago I ate at another restaurant here and after this experience in the area and the struggle for parking I won't return plus blah food made this particular visit a definite no-no .
By the way with the groupon our check came to $1.05 so with the tip, tax and what I paid for the groupon the total bill came to $22.
