In
any case I have always liked flowers whether cut and in vases or in a
garden or on a window sill. One thing none of my 4 exes ever
learned--even though I told them--is that all they had to do was give
me flowers or a plant and they would never have a bit of trouble with
me.
My favorite flowers have always been peonies and Birds of
Paradise but then there are roses, gladioli, lilacs just to mention a
few more.
I have two problems living in this apartment with the
first not having any ground to plant flowers and the second being that
my birds love to nibble on plants. I've compromised by deciding to use
one window sill where I could keep the blinds down when I let the birds
out of their cages.
I've always appreciated violets and for twenty
years I had 3 plants of them, that with a minimum of care , would bloom
a few times a year. Recently two of them died and I have now replaced
them buying one last week and one this week.
The one I bought last week
And the one I bought this past Thursday
And these are the guys who I have to watch out for! :O)
All these Queen Crepe Myrtle flowers lack are an aroma
Why would it not surprise me to learn that non-gay guys also like flowers/plants??? Or do we have to do a study on that, too?
