Johnny Depp as Carol Channing? It could happen if the
actor gets his way.
Johnny Depp has played
some crazy roles in his lifetime, but his most recent ambition is by far the
most bizarre. "My dream role would be to play musical legend Carol Channing in a
biopic of her life," the actor admits. "I love her, I really do. she's amazing."
Depp isn't deterred by the obvious obstacles facing his goal of playing
Channing. He insists: "With all the digital technology available these days, I
could probably pull it off!"
