Gino, John, Allen (all who, definitely, won't like the title of this blog!! LOL) and I went to see "21" and afterwards did the natural thing--went for a bite to eat. We stopped at the Victoria Park Diner--which really isn't a diner but a converted Miami Subs restaurant--on the way to my place.

Gino had the meatloaf dinner, Allen the open face meatloaf sandwich, John the hamburger and fried onion platter while I had my latest craze, a cheeseburger with French fries--for a change the price was reasonable--the check came to $30.15 plus tip.

We then went to my place where John and I went over some of the coins we have posted on E-bay and some that we were going to list over the weekend--you can check them out by going to my web page there martind954.



As they were leaving I gave each a 'goody' bag--which I think is funny as I am the poorest of the four and here I was giving away food!!! Living at Gateway about once or twice a month we get free fresh produce from a local farm and yesterday we got green peppers and HUGE cucumbers so I shared the 'loot' with them.

Also, every morning, I get some sort of sweet--the past few days I got a blueberry cheesecake that was so heavy with berries I needed to hands to lift it and a carrot cake bar--I won't mention the other goodies I got as they were gone!!

Actually I was selfish regarding the sweets--the more I gave them the less I would eat--okay, okay, I didn't give them big pieces because they are all on diets so that was nice of me, right??

Nothing like a pleasant afternoon with 3 friends--now on to E-bay to post a few more coins.
