Last year (2022, a week ago, we had 3 days in a row with a high of 56 degrees and early morning temperatures in the 40s and some areas, with wind chill factors, went into the 30s.
This year (2023) we had a record 86 degrees as our high yesterday and life went back to normal!
The good thing about last year/week was I got a chance to air out my 'winter' clothes including my favorite sweatshirt--if you can't read it, (#2 picture) it says : "Give me some chocolate and nobody gets hurt!"
The only bad thing is that our streets, restaurants, beaches, etc., were jammed with 'snowbirds'--people running away from all the snow, ice, sleet and COLD weather! In fact, Florida was the fastest-growing State in the USA!
All is good--so far! :O)
