I put the collage that Poochie made for me above my bed where I see it when I wake up and when I go to sleep and at other times .

I have to wear at night while I sleep. There is a strap on tape that
pulls the toes forward --it increases the tension to stretch the
plantar fascia which is inflamed and has minute tears causing the pain
when walking on it or causing a stabbing or burning pain that usually
worsens in the morning. The splint eases that pain until the foot
limbers up--not fun folks!

A rarity this far south--the single iris I found in the bushes.

My favorite tree--the white bird of Paradise--keeps on blooming.
