Green peppers are always cheaper than the red or yellow. I would have been suspicious right away. I despise Walmart and will pay a little more for something rather than shop there. I think I would have had to call the store manager and complain about the customer service person. She was extremely rude.
Now that you don't have to go to work everyday you will be able to find time to walk, rest more and concentrate on getting healthy.I love your positive attitude. As long as you can handle the financial end of being unemployed, then enjoy your free time. Your boss actually gave you a bonus; maybe you should write him/her a thank you note.
I know the type of clothing you wear in that type of weather differs greatly from what we wear here in GA during the winter but I do not know how a body can tolerate those kind of temperatures. How in the world did the Indians survive in those winters with no indoor heat source and only buffalo hides to keep them "warm? How do you protect your skin in those temperatures....don't you get frostbite?
They look warm and cozy and I love the colors.
The morale of that is NEVER mess with a blue-bloodied Rebel!
Randy, The Weather Channel I get on my computer does not have any announcers; it just gives the temperatures for 3-5 days and then the detailed map of cities. I like to click the Weather in Motion and watch the movement of any storms. I do not watch The Weather Channel on TV.
I thought that was great also. I love the expression on his face just before he hits the door. Pricelss!
Those were great!
What a bummer! Sounded like it was going to be so much fun and turned into a flop. If it had been me, I probably would have fallen asleep in the lobby.
This is just to cute!
Let see, we have Doobie, Rosie, Hobbie, Satchel, Rinpoche and little "Orphan". My gosh, you have a houseful. You are a good, kind hearted man and Rinpoche and Orphan could sense it which is why they ended up at your house and not someone elses.
Good one, Fredo.
Randy, welcome back. Don't get back here often but when I did it was strange not to see your blogs. Sounds like you had a great time...didn't you want to stay and enjoy more sunshine? Glad you had a safe trip.
I love my dogs but I can't imagine taking them to a restaurant with me...this is not a place for dogs. Allen's club sandwich and fries looks delicious and the prices seem very reasonable. I love how you post pictures, it makes reading fun!
I am like you...I want to be entertained and feel good if I take the time to watch a show or read a book; even reading the newspaper is depressing as it seems like news is all bad and very negative.
