Why the name Ruby?
Not sure,maybe it was the original owner there.
Told Mike that he could change the name if he wants.
But he chose not to.
We do not have it yet.

I call Cassie my "long and low girl" because she's a Cocker-Dachshund mix. I love her to pieces - she is a real cuddler and even at 17, very playful and silly.

Very good looking doggie and seems friendly. Tell Mike to get off the fence. Ruby deserves you. Just a thought -- if Mike doesn't want her, you could adopt her. And he can continue to look for "the perfect ever, no mistakes, I deserve the best" companion and then Ruby would have company.

I already love her! You will like it that she short haired because they
don't shed constantly like Rex does.
