He gassed himself to death using a sucide kit he learned on line and ordered through the mail from a woman in CA.
He paid $60 dollars for this kit.

She is right.
I have been meditating for some time now.
It teaches us to take the time to pause and be thoughtful before we act,allowing us to respond to our world and compassion rather than refles emotion.
I highly recommend for you to take some time and a quiet place in your house to mediate.
Just think something lovely,the ocean wave,the sounds of laughter and children playing.
Believe me this works.
I am very thankful to enjoy each day being alive and good health.
I can do it.So can you.
Try it.Maybe some very relaxing music in the back ground.
One person small actions can truly make an impact.
