Vin Diesel and Evan Almighty

Yesterday the USA channel was having a Vin Diesel movie marathon! Aw, it was great. Hubby didn't really want to watch Fast and the Furious (for the umpteenth time) so we watched Evan Almighty. Oh my Lordy, I laughed so hard! I was not expecting it to be so funny. And I just love Morgan Freeman as God. Kota says we have to watch it again!
Hubby was in a pretty good mood yesterday, even if it was Sunday. He tried to fix the washer but we had to order a part. I might be without the washer for 3-5 days until the part comes in. UGH! I did some more hand washing last night. But I might take a batch over to my inlaws to wash this afternoon.
The racetrack where they have the Nascar race here has a new statue. The track is called the monster mile. so there is gigantic rock guy they call miles the monster, and in his one hand he is holding a full size car. Hubby wants to take us up there one night this week to see it.

Evan Almighty was great! I like Jim Carey though, as well as Adam Sandler. They are both pretty funny. Sounds like you'll have your washer fixed by Wednesday, that's great! I have had to hand wash our clothes once and never want to have to do it again, especially the jeans.

I need to watch this movie. I have never seen it. Oh yes you need to wash some clothes over at the in-laws. That would make it much easier on you. It is no fun being without your washer or dryer but especially your washer. I hope you are have a wonderful day there Sis.

No washer? Not a good way to start a Monday after a busy weekend I'm sure. I'm stripping beds and washing all the grass stains out of my kids jeans,

... could not be without the washing machine today. Oh well, I know it stinks to have to wait for the part, but it could be worse and because it isn't... just smile
