tomorrow is my hubby's birthday! But as I have to work 7 till midnight, I am taking him to dinner tonight, to his favorite seafood place. yummmm! We are hard to buy for each other so we usually just do a dinner. Hubby also got a bottle of home made wine from his Dad. I got to sample some of it today and it is pretty good! Its kind of like a merlot I guess.
Kota stayed over his grandparents today rather than go to school. This morning he sneezed and had an accident. hehehe But no more during the day. Of course if I had sent him to school it would have guaranteed he would have had problems. But I had a short shift today so it wasn't bad.
Tomorrow we are going furniture shopping. We have received numerous tips about this one place that sells used furniture, but good condition used furniture. So hopefully we will find something we like within our budget.
I found out that when I work sundays I make $2 more an hour! woohooo! Tomorrow I work 7 until midnight. But I really like working that shift. It gets kind of fun around walmart after about 9 at night. All the silly people come in. they say there is nothing else to do so they come to walmart. LOL I think I could think of something, like sleep!
The cute story of the day: A young couple with two little boys came through my line. One little boy was a real chatterbox, talked to me the whole time. Then he says, we been catching alot of mice in our house! alot! The mom covered her face and shook her head. I told her its ok, I have a 7 year old boy so I know how embarassing they can be.
But if I have one more customer ask me if I am Mary mary quite contrary, I am gonna get contrary on them! LOL
