A Good Day!
Yesterday was an exercise in possibility. My friends and I went to the symphony show house. An old apartment house in the historic district invited a group of designers to transform it. Each apartment was different so it was not a level playing field. We voted on our favorites. I changed my mind several times. Every thing was for sale. Local artists hung their art and most of it was abstract. I loved it and had a friend take some pictures of the things I enjoyed most. The buzz to be creative has clicked on.
The twins came and mowed yesterday. My scolding apparently did some good. There is a lot to be done that I am going to tackle. I have scads of ripe tomatoes but it seems as though they are all going to
ripen at once and then be done!! Bummer!
I have a lot of things that I need to do today. Primarily, the bank and the library. My bank recently changed locations and I don't like the new location, there is too much traffic. It is not user friendly and the help is always changing. I guess they pay their employees poorly.
Jose had a stomach upset and did not eat for 24 hours but he is better now but not quite his old self. He goes to the groomer on Wednesday and will be relieved of most of his heavy fur coat. He will be getting a lion cut.
Be well.
