I am still experimenting. I think if I added a full
tablespoon of oil to the french fries they would have
been browner, as they were, they were pretty good. I am
satisfied with my purchase, the Della brand. It had
four and a half stars and cost 59.00 and is a smashing
shade of red.
The fried Zuchinni was good. We liked it and I can
imagine cauliflower and broccoli would also be good.
It is a nice alternative to steamed vegetables.
I am keeping it and expect to get a lot of use out
of it. Things taste a little different and some things
taste better. Dottie liked it for fried fish.
