Spring is near. I know, because my yard is filled with shamrock, or a shamrock-like clover that appears every spring. I took a photo of it to post, opened it in Photoshop, and oh no! Why didn't I see the dog waste while I was out there with my camera?? Well, I will not post a picture of doggie-do!
The other thing that is prolific February through late April is stinging nettle. I hate that stuff! The way I prepare myself to remove it, one would think I was preparing to enter a contagious disease or toxic waste site. All that is missing is the hood with the plastic visor. The nettle is so potent that I dare not let it touch my bare skin, and I remove it from everywhere my dogs can reach. If it irritates me, then it must bother them too. Besides irritating their paws or noses, I worry that the stingy sap will brush off on their fur and get to me or them later.
Monday I stayed busy and ran a bunch of errands including mailing out a piece of artwork. :-) Other than to doing couple of loads of laundry and spending time on my PC for a few hours doing Auxiliary stuff, I successfully wasted Tuesday and Wednesday. Well, today I need to get busy and make up for lost time. I really have a lot to do!
