That is what I call the Salmon patties that did not bind properly and crumbled on my plate... but they taste delicious! Problem is, 'crumbles' are not as easy to store as patties. If, however, that is the biggest problem I face today then I am a lucky woman! Hmm- my angel hair pasta clumped. I think that means that my cooking skills are degenerating. Guess that comes from cooking so infrequently.
My sister moved to Nebraska in December. My BIL is in the Navy and was assigned to an Air Force Base out there, but their annual vacation with his family was already planned for January in Orlando. Yesterday, I drove to Orlando to see Linda. Her husband had already left w/ my nieces and his family to watch the afternoon parade at Disney World so I did not get a chance to see him. Too bad! The girls are getting so big.
I don't know if I am up to a 4,000 mile drive. Wish I were because I would love to drive to Nebraska, Oklahoma, Indiana Ohio, and Pennsylvania before heading back to Florida. I would consider it if I had someone to ride with me, but I fear going that far alone at my age. Just call me chicken chit.
My photography is starting to attract attention. While most of it is of/for the Coast Guard Auxiliary, I will photograph anything that appeals to me. All of my Facebook covers are my own photos and I have received quite a few requests for reprint permissions of both my personal and CG photos. I love to shoot landscapes and dramatic skies, and my love of dramatic colors is as evident in my photography as in my painting. Maybe I should put together a YouTube video to show you some of them... but, do I really need another project right now?
Did any of you watch 'Damages' with Glenn Close and Ted Dansen when it aired on TV? I never saw it cause it was on FX and Direct TV exclusively. Both Martin Short and Lily Tomlin play serious, dramatic roles one season. Wow! Everybody lies. Everybody dies.
