I have not seen the public service announcements by the Law and Order stars but will look for them. Rape is statistically more often committed by a person known to the victim than by a stranger, so there is often more guilt to overcome by the victim. Rape is different from women who choose the wrong partners or who are codependent. Rapists are often relatives and friends of friends- not boyfriends or partners.
