TEXAS EQUUSEARCH MOUNTED SEARCH AND RECOVER (TES)filed a lawsuit against Casey Anthony. Casey and her family contacted the not-for-profit group to help find her daughter. The sad part is, while searching for Caylee, they turned down 15 other families' request for assistance in locating loved ones.

TES is a respected search and rescue operation, one of the few accepted and used by law enforcement and a recipient of George Busch "Points of Light" award. TES has successfully located over 300 missing persons. I wonder how many of the 15 families could have located their loved ones- or if any of these 15 missing persons died due to TESs inability to offer assistance to their families?

The first lawsuit was filed by the "nanny" whom Casey accused of taking her daughter. The woman's life was turned upside down by these allegations. The real Zenaida, a mother of 6 children, is now suing for the hardship that being named in an Internationally watched murder trial has caused her. She has received threatening phone calls in the middle of the night, and lost her job and home as a result of the public accusations.

The lies Casey told did not just tear apart her family, but injured so many others in many ways. Her attorneys worry that her life is at risk once released. Poor, poor Casey.......not!
