Or however you spell that.
Two people picked up kittens today. I held one especially for one person who wanted the fluffy grey & white. All the kittens are grey & white, so I assumed that was the kitten with long hair that we have been calling "the fluffy one."
So person #1 comes and picks out the grey & white spotted kitten. She tried to come out yesterday, but couldn't find me. She had problems again today - her problem was following directions - like go 3km means drive 3km, not drive 10 feet and turn around and go back. I watched them from a distance taking a turn that they shouldn't have. Whatever, they were young, like early 20's maybe and probably have never driven off the main highway.
As they are leaving, person #2 comes for fluffy. She seems happy and takes her home.
An hour later she phones, and says this is not the kitten I wanted. Her boyfriend wanted the grey & white spotted one (which is definitely not fluffy, person #1 took her).... and she keeps saying I don't know what to do... I can't keep this kitten...
I'm just shocked! What a screw up! Her description, my assumption, and her taking the kitten. I tell her you can return the kitten, or there was another person "Brit" that really wanted that one. So I give her the name and phone # of that person.
I got an email a little while later saying that when she phoned "Brit", she started crying and saying that it was ment to be. Huh.
Two kittens left. This WILL be the end of kittens.
