Yesterday while getting ready for a colonoscopy, I came across this video. Hope you enjoy it.
I'm awaiting the official results, but I know the doc found a polyp - either .5 inches or 1 inch long. My driver says one inch, my memory says a half inch. My memory isn't trustworthy after being "drugged up" as the doc warned me, so she may be right. On the other hand, does size really matter?
The follow up instructions say I have to have another one in six month. That seems soon, compared to the 10 years since my last one. On the other hand, he may change his mind when he gets the biopsy results back from the lab. On the other hand it may just be a precaution.
He also scoped my stomach. Nothing in the follow up directions about that.
In any event, I hope he can tell me why I've felt so lousy for the past few months. I'll know more on Monday when I call him.
